This week we are exploring the Qi - or the Qualities of Aliveness for each Day of the work week. Qi Gong practice loves to flow with the weather, the seasons, special times of year, and, always, the Qi of Today. What if there was an optimal alignment with each day of the week? The ones that I will share are based on my experience and intuition. Enjoy finding your own!

Your Mentor - Dr. Michael Smith

Michael was first introduced to Qi Gong, Meditation, and Martial Arts over 44 years ago.

Over the last 37 years, he has had the good fortune of studying with lineage-holding Masters of Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Daoism, Chan/Zen and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Dr. Smith is a co-founder of the prestigious Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences, the first full-time 5-year Doctoral program in TCM in Canada.

As a clinician, he focuses on a combination of Functional Medicine, Evolutionary Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation, Breathwork, and Qi Gong, to support those with Autoimmune conditions, Complex Trauma, and Addiction.
